Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import VAT, customs duties or handling charges imposed by the destination country. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in the shipping price shown by Shulph Ink.
Tracking and split parcels
We will send tracking details after dispatch. Larger orders may be sent in more than one parcel, and parcels from the same order may arrive separately.

How much will delivery cost?
Add your books to the basket and enter your delivery address at checkout. We will show the available service and exact charge based on the destination and parcel weight.
When will my order arrive?
UK services aim for 24 or 48 hours after dispatch. International Express Service usually takes 3–10 days after dispatch. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Tracking details are sent once your order has been dispatched.
What if my destination is not listed?
If your destination does not appear above, online delivery is not currently available. Please contact Shulph Ink before placing an order if you need help with a destination or an order above 30 kg.
Can I change my delivery address?
Contact us as soon as possible. An address cannot normally be changed after an order has been dispatched.
