About the Framework

The Education Authority Northern Ireland (EANI) created the Teaching and Learning Resources Framework (EDR-24-010) to help schools source educational materials quickly, fairly and compliantly.

Shulph is an approved supplier on all four Lots:

  • Lot 1: Textbooks
  • Lot 2: Pupil Workbooks & Resources
  • Lot 3: Assessment Resources
  • Lot 4: Music Materials

This direct-award framework allows eligible schools to purchase straight from us using their existing EANI procurement process.
