In the year 2020, a colossal creature wreaked havoc upon Tokyo, leaving destruction in its wake. In 1959, Asa Asada, a spirited young girl from a large family in Nagoya, found herself abducted for ransom, and remarkably, no one took notice. However, when a typhoon struck Nagoya, Asa and her kidnapper were forced to work together to survive. But there was more to their story and the impending storm than met the eye.

Asa returned home to a barrage of questions and speculation from her siblings and friends, as well as a warning from Kinuyo—no more dangerous flying! Meanwhile, Jissoji visited the prime minister at the hospital, who not only knew about Asa but believed that the fate of Japan rested on her shoulders. At the prime minister's insistence, Asa was prepared to act at any moment.

The prime minister revealed that Asa was a descendant of a group of humans who had the ability to control the wind. He explained that the creature that had attacked Tokyo was a manifestation of the wind's power gone wild, and that Asa was the only one who could stop it. With this knowledge, Asa set out on a mission to confront the creature and bring the wind under control.

As she journeyed through the countryside, Asa encountered various challenges and obstacles, including a group of scientists who were working on a top-secret project that had the potential to control the wind. However, they were also being pursued by a mysterious organization that wanted to use the power of the wind for their own nefarious purposes.

Asa's determination and courage were tested as she faced off against the creature and the organization, but she never gave up. With the help of her friends and family, she was able to defeat the creature and bring the wind under control. In the end, Asa was hailed as a hero, and her story became a legend.

However, her journey was not over. Asa was still faced with the question of what to do with her newfound power. She knew that the world was not yet ready for the responsibility that came with controlling the wind, and she was determined to use her power for good. She founded a organization dedicated to using the power of the wind to help those in need, and she worked tirelessly to make the world a better place.

Years passed, and Asa grew old. But her legacy lived on, and her organization continued to work tirelessly to make the world a better place. And even though she had never flown again, Asa knew that she had made a difference in the world, and that was all that mattered.
