Each of these workshops had a specific focus, covering topics such as artificial intelligence, business process intelligence, IoT integration, process optimization, decision-making, and natural language processing in business process management.

A rigorous review process was conducted to select the papers for inclusion in the book. Out of a total of 51 submissions, 23 full papers and 3 short papers were chosen. Unfortunately, only one of the short papers was included in the proceedings.

The contributions presented in this book cover a wide range of research and practical insights into business process management. The authors represent academia, industry, and research organizations from around the world, contributing their expertise and experiences to the field.

This book is a valuable resource for researchers, practitioners, and students interested in business process management.
