To this end, the POSHAN ABHIYAAN (Nutrition Mission) was launched in a mission mode by the Honorable Prime Minister of India on March 8, 2018. This initiative was followed by the implementation of POSHAN 2.0 in 2022, an integrated nutrition strategy aimed at addressing malnutrition comprehensively.
