This Handbook is part of a trilogy that examines similar Association Agreements concluded by the EU with Ukraine and Georgia. Two teams of researchers from renowned independent think tanks, the Center for European Policy Studies (CEPS) in Brussels and the Expert-Grup in Chișinău, collaborated on this project with the support of the Swedish International Development Agency (Sida).
