The value of an individual vote varies significantly, ranging from three to one, depending on the state. There are no two states where voters possess the same voting power. The current Elector system exhibits a profound bias against minority and low-income voters. Moreover, the winner-take-all method of allocating Electoral votes leads to significant waste of votes and a system where the manner in which you vote holds far greater significance than the actual vote itself.
