Findhorn Spirit Oracle Cards

The Findhorn Spirit Oracle Cards are a card deck inspired by the elemental spirits of the Findhorn gardens and sanctuaries. They were created through a technique called touch-drawing, where the artist allowed the images to appear from her hands onto paper. Each card depicts a spirit being, offering wisdom and guidance to help us navigate these times of transition. The cards are divided into 6 groups, each associated with one of the Findhorn gardens, and share the community principles of co-creation with nature, inner listening, and love in action. The accompanying booklet provides a longer message and a suggestion for a spiritual practice to open communication with the nature spirits. The deck is a powerful tool for self-discovery, healing, and tuning into our intuitive senses.

The Findhorn community has nurtured a profound connection with the ethereal realms since its inception, when one of its founders, Dorothy Maclean (1920-2020), initiated communication with the devic world within the original Findhorn gardens. Building upon this legacy of interspecies communication, the Findhorn Spirit Oracle Cards emerged through a unique technique known as touch-drawing, which took place within the serene sanctuaries of Findhorn. Artist Swan Treasure, in a meditative state, allowed the images to manifest from her hands onto paper, surrendering to the powerful energy that sought to be expressed. Only once all 44 touch-drawings were completed did their purpose as an elemental-inspired oracle deck become apparent.

Each card portrays a spirit entity, as they chose to reveal themselves, intending to impart wisdom to guide us through the transitional phases of existence. Functioning as energy activators, the cards offer support, companionship, and practical guidance that can be applied to the complexities of daily life. They can also assist us in forging and deepening a partnership with the divine. Divided into six groups, each associated with one of the Findhorn gardens, the cards share the community principles of co-creation with nature, inner listening, and love in action that infuse life within Findhorn.

An extended message, connected to the essence of the elemental depicted, can be found in the accompanying booklet. Additionally, it provides a suggestion for a spiritual practice to enhance communication and deepen our connection with nature spirits. The cards beckon us to express a greater sense of reverence and awe for the natural world.
