The Fourth Doctor's era of Doctor Who is a boxed set, with earlier seasons having been sold separately. The concluding two-parter includes the return of the villain Sutekh, an alien Egyptian God who first appeared in the well-liked TV episode "Doctor Who - The Pyramids of Mars."

The TARDIS materialises in the backstreets of London in the 1940s, where the Doctor takes Leela for a walk. However, the city is unusually quiet, with no cars and few pedestrians. Cameras are monitoring them, feeding images into a secret control room. Something strange is happening in the city, with traitors running wild and no one being quite as they seem.

In the 1970s, Ron Tulip, a hotelier, is having a difficult time. Many of his customers are absconding without payment, and the few who remain complain of strange noises and terrible sleep. He is summoned to the VIP suite, which is a problem as he didn't even realise the hotel had one. When turbulence in time takes the TARDIS off course, the Doctor and Leela find themselves visiting the same establishment and in the middle of a temporal paradox and a terrible plan.

The Cross-Keys hotel is a unique establishment where you can check in but never leave. The TARDIS crew arrives on the planet Drummond, an Earth colony in the far future where everyone uses handheld computers from morning to night. Rania Chuma is the mastermind behind Rene.net, the datastream network that tells you everything you need to know.

The Doctor and Leela must navigate through the paradox and prevent Chuma's plan from succeeding. They encounter various challenges and obstacles, including a mysterious figure who seems to know everything and a group of rebels who are fighting against Chuma's control.

In the end, the Doctor and Leela defeat Chuma and save the planet. They return to the TARDIS, grateful for the adventure and the new friends they have made. The Fourth Doctor's era of Doctor Who is a thrilling and memorable one, filled with adventure, mystery, and danger.
