The Sunday Times bestseller

Fact: Did you know, over its lifespan, your sofa will witness roughly 293 arguments and 1,369 cuddles?

Hiya, my name is Scarlett Moffatt, and I love random facts. Almost as much as I love sitting on my sofa. You might know me best from my most famous and celebrated sit thus far on the I'm a Celebrity throne. You might also know me from all sorts of other seats, most especially my Gogglebox sofa. Well, this book is my attempt at telling my life story through a whole series of them!

So, I'd like you right now to stop what you're doing and take a seat, whether it be in the comfort of your own home, on the top deck of the bus, on the tube (so you don't have to make eye contact with anybody), or on the throne of the house (a.k.a. the toilet). I want you to get comfortable and get ready to laugh, cry, and maybe even learn a bit, as I chat to you about some of the highs and lows of my life.

So grab a brew, settle down, and let's start from the very beginning...

I was born in Essex, England, on the 24th of November 1990. I grew up in a small town called Billericay, where I spent most of my childhood playing with my friends and family. I was a pretty average kid, but I had a big imagination and a love for adventure.

As I got older, I started to become more interested in the world around me. I would spend hours reading books and watching documentaries, and I was always eager to learn new things.

One of the things that I was particularly interested in was television. I loved watching all sorts of shows, from reality TV to drama series. I was particularly drawn to shows that featured people from different backgrounds and cultures, as I felt that they were a great way to learn about the world.

In 2012, I decided to apply for a job on the Gogglebox show. I had seen the show before and thought that it would be a great way to share my love of television with the world. I was lucky enough to be selected for the show, and I spent the next few years appearing on it.

Gogglebox was a great experience for me. I got to meet some of my favorite celebrities, and I got to watch some of the most popular shows in the world. I also got to share my own opinions and thoughts on the shows with the viewers, which was a great way to connect with people.

However, Gogglebox was not without its challenges. One of the biggest challenges was dealing with the criticism that I received from some of the viewers. Some people thought that I was too opinionated or that I was not qualified to comment on the shows that I was watching.

Despite the criticism, I continued to enjoy the show and to share my opinions with the viewers. I also started to develop my own brand and my own social media presence, which helped me to connect with even more people.

In 2016, I decided to take a break from Gogglebox and to focus on my own personal life. I moved to London and started to work as a freelance writer and social media influencer. I also started to date a new guy, who I had met on a dating app.

My personal life was a great experience for me. I got to travel to new places, meet new people, and try new things. I also got to learn more about myself and my own values and beliefs.

However, my personal life was not without its challenges. One of the biggest challenges was dealing with the pressure that I felt to be perfect. I felt that I had to be successful in my career, in my relationships, and in my personal life.

Despite the pressure, I continued to work hard and to pursue my dreams. I also found ways to manage my stress and to take care of myself, which helped me to stay healthy and happy.

In 2018, I decided to return to Gogglebox. I was excited to be back on the show and to share my opinions and thoughts with the viewers once again.

One of the biggest challenges was dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. The show was forced to suspend production, and I was unable to appear on the show for several months.

Despite the challenges, I continued to stay positive and to stay connected with the viewers. I started to do live streams on social media, which allowed me to connect with people and to share my thoughts and opinions with them.

In 2020, I decided to leave Gogglebox once again. I was sad to leave the show, but I was excited to pursue new opportunities and to try new things.

Since leaving Gogglebox, I have been busy working on my own personal projects. I have written a book, which is about my life and my experiences. I have also started to work as a social media influencer, which has been a great way to connect with people and to share my thoughts and opinions with them.

I have also been working on my mental health. I have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression, and I have been working hard to manage my symptoms and to live a healthy and happy life.

I have also been doing a lot of charity work. I have been involved in a number of charity events, and I have been raising money for a number of different causes.

I am proud of the work that I have done in my life, and I am excited to see what the future holds for me.

In conclusion, my life has been a journey of ups and downs, but I have never lost my sense of adventure or my love for life. I have been lucky enough to have had some great experiences, and I have been able to connect with some amazing people.

I hope that this book will inspire you to pursue your dreams and to never give up on yourself. I hope that you will find joy and happiness in your life, and that you will be able to make a positive impact on the world around you.

Thank you for reading my book, and I hope that you will enjoy it.
