Phenomenology of Productive Imagination: Embodiment, Language, Subjectivity

Saulius Geniusas' new book develops a phenomenology of productive imagination, drawing on resources from Edmund Husserl, Max Scheler, Martin Heidegger, Ernst Cassirer, Miki Kiyoshi, Jean-Paul Sartre, Maurice Merleau-Ponty, and Paul Ricoeur. Although productive imagination has played a highly significant role in (post-) Kantian philosophy, there have been very few book-length studies explicitly dedicated to its analysis.
