Sludge, the villainous sludge creature, has grown weary of the Clean Team constantly thwarting his plans to transform Electropolis into a disgusting playground of his own. As the defenders of cleanliness attempt to uncover the spy within their midst, Sludge remains one step ahead. He uses his cunning tactics to outsmart the team and manipulate them into doing his bidding. With the Clean Team on the defensive, it seems like Sludge's plan will finally come to fruition.
But just when it seems like all is lost, a glimmer of hope emerges. One of the Clean Team's members, a brave and determined robot named Sparky, begins to suspect Bit-Con's true identity. Sparky's intuition and quick thinking lead her to uncover the Snot-Bot's deception.
In a thrilling climax, Sparky and the Clean Team confront Sludge and his Snot-Bots. With their combined efforts, they manage to defeat the villain and restore order to Electropolis. Bit-Con, realizing the error of his ways, sacrifices himself to save the others and is hailed as a hero.
The defenders of cleanliness celebrate their victory, knowing that they have prevented Sludge from achieving his evil goals. Electropolis is once again a clean and safe place, thanks to the bravery and determination of the Clean Team and the quick thinking of Sparky.
