Entre os séculos XII e XIV, a propagación da cultura trobadoresca fixo das cortes ibéricas un palco privilexiado para a lírica en galego-portugués. Entreteceuse unha ampla e rica rede de conexións literarias e socioculturais, froito dos contactos entre autores en espazos de encontro e intercambio poético. O resultado foi unha produción lírica de marcado carácter dialóxico: debates, diálogos, polémicas literarias ou sociopolíticas, ciclos satíricos... A obra dos trobadores facilita rastrear os vínculos que unen autores ou textos, en especial, mediante as referencias explícitas ou implícitas a personaxes e/ou a feitos históricos, e as concomitancias temáticas, formais e expresivas. A adecuada valoración destes indicios textuais e literarios leva a prestar atención ao contexto histórico e creativo, ao sentido e á función dos textos. Desde esta perspectiva, o presente libro reúne oito contribucións que abren novas vías para a exploración do legado lírico galego-portugués.
