The German-Jewish shipbuilders Blohm & Voss build the Monte Rosa in 1930, which is sent to the fjords to assist the Tirpitz in 1940 and transports 46 Jews to Auschwitz in 1942. The Empire Windrush is captured by the British in 1945 and given a new name, and in 1948 it docks in England carrying 600 migrants from the Caribbean, with consequences that continue to this day.
