Convinced that they are the victims of a world that has failed them, they all believe that their struggles are unparalleled and that the mess surrounding them is not their fault. However, deep down, there is a sense that something needs to break between them, before any real change can take place. Adults is a raw and darkly funny play that explores themes of alienation, loneliness, growing up, growing old, and the unwavering human need for connection, intimacy, and acceptance in a world that often fails us.
