Colonialism is perceived not to have ended but to have resurfaced through the establishment of the "independent African state." The ICC perpetuates colonialism by employing European law and the overrepresentation of black accused individuals. In conclusion, this book offers a liberated African forum to address content-related conflicts, advocating for the termination of the ICC's involvement in Africa. It calls for the establishment of an African court that utilizes non-colonizing African norms, tailored to address local conflicts uniquely.
