God is a Bullet is a cult classic that has been reprinted and is set to become a major motion picture. The film will feature Jamie Foxx, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, and January Jones in prominent roles.

In 1995, during Christmas week, a fourteen-year-old girl is kidnapped by a bloodthirsty satanic cult. Her father, Bob Hightower, a small-town cop, embarks on a desperate mission to find her. His only hope lies with Case Hardin, an ex-cult member and ex-junkie living in a halfway house in Hollywood.

Their quest, his to find his child and hers to exorcise her demons, becomes a primal hunt-and-chase through a savage subculture of drugs and ritualistic violence. The novel is not for those of a nervous disposition, as it explores the darkest corners of human nature.

The Daily Telegraph has praised the book, stating that it is not for those of a nervous disposition. The Guardian has described it as a rollercoaster of an experience, while Harlan Coben has called it a kick-ass, in-your-face tour de force. The Independent has also praised the novel, stating that it is an absolutely stupendous debut novel.
