Nicholas Hagger delved into the origins of COVID and its potential utilization as a bio-weapon in the geopolitical conflict between the West and East in his book "The Fall of the West." He observed that the United States, concerned about China's Belt-and-Road Initiative in 140 countries, collaborated with the Western Syndicates' New World Order, which was advocated by the Schwabs World Economic Forum and the United Nations' Agenda 2030. Hagger envisioned an authoritarian New World Order that could accommodate both Russia and China, paving the way for the establishment of this order before a democratic World State.

In his subsequent book, "The Golden Phoenix," Hagger continued the narrative, exploring Russia's invasion of Ukraine as a consequence of Ukraine's role as a corridor for Russian natural gas. In 2019, Hagger was invited to Russia to deliver a lecture on a supranational World State to an audience that included military personnel. He received several awards, including the Russian Ecological Foundations' Golden Phoenix lapel badge. Hagger also wrote two letters to Putin and maintained contact with Putins advisers.

Hagger pondered whether the West was emerging from its withdrawal from Afghanistan to advance its technocratic New World Order by supplying arms to Ukraine and obstructing Russian gas. Alternatively, he considered whether a Russian authoritarian New World Order was rising from the ashes of the defunct Soviet Union, in alliance with China's Belt-and-Road New World Order in 140 countries, to dominate southern Ukraine and potentially some former Soviet territories. Furthermore, he wondered if the supranational democratic global New World Order he outlined in his books "World State" and "World Constitution" was ascendant.

These thought-provoking questions and hypotheses shed light on the complex and evolving geopolitical landscape, challenging readers to consider the potential outcomes and implications of these events.
