Once upon a time, a sardine who was scared of everything lost its handbook for staying safe in the sea. In a state of complete panic, it frantically searched for its lost guide, but to no avail. The sardine was surrounded by menacing shadows, and its heart raced with fear. Just when it thought all was lost, it stumbled upon a jellyfish preaching the wisdom of wiggling your worries away.

"Try it! Wiggle up...wiggle down...wiggle all around!" the jellyfish exclaimed. "When you're done, your problems might not seem so enormous, and those scary shadows might turn out to be friends!"

The sardine was skeptical at first, but it decided to give it a try. It wiggled up and down, side to side, and even did a few spins. To its surprise, the shadows around it began to dance along with it. They swayed and twirled in sync, creating a mesmerizing spectacle.

As the sardine continued to wiggle, it felt a sense of lightness and joy wash over it. The fear that had been holding it captive dissipated, and it realized that it had the power to overcome its worries. The jellyfish smiled at the sardine, and together they danced through the sea, carefree and happy.
