In a world where superpowers are common, the line between hero and villain becomes blurred. Heroes, trained and licensed to protect and defend the public from supervillains, hold a special status above all others. However, not everyone can be a hero, and some choose to use their powers for personal gain without legal sanction. These individuals are known as vigilantes, operating in the shadows to fight for justice.

One such vigilante is Aizawa, a former student of U.A. High School. A tragic incident during his school days left him scarred and determined to fight for justice. He believes that every person has the potential to be a hero, but it takes training and dedication to unlock that potential.

As time passes, the lives of Aizawa, his friends Koichi, Pop, and Makoto evolve. The glory days of Narufest are over, and it's time for them to move on to new challenges. Makoto puts an important question to Aizawa, challenging his belief that everyone can be a hero. Aizawa struggles to find an answer, but his decision to go it alone may lead him down a dangerous path.

Meanwhile, Pop, another vigilante, faces her own struggles. She has a strong sense of justice and wants to make a difference in the world, but her decision to go it alone may put her in harm's way. She must navigate the complexities of the superpowered society and balance her personal desires with the greater good.

Vigilantes are a fascinating and complex group of individuals. They fight for justice in the shadows, using their powers to protect the public and bring down villains. While their motives may be noble, their actions can also be dangerous and unpredictable. As the world of superheroes continues to evolve, the role of vigilantes will undoubtedly continue to be a topic of debate and discussion.
