The last time the Prodigy awoke, the world narrowly avoided armageddon. For the first time in millennia, the Awakened are finally united. On the run after the explosive events of Brazil, and with the agents of the One King close at every turn, Christopher's mission is finally clear: destroy the God Machine. It's time to end the world. Collects ORDINARY GODS #7-12.

The Prodigy, a powerful entity with immense supernatural abilities, had been asleep for centuries. When it awakened, it caused a catastrophic event that threatened to destroy the entire world. The Awakened, individuals with unique powers, had been scattered and isolated throughout the world, but now they were united in their quest to stop the Prodigy.

Christopher, a young and charismatic Awakened, was on the run from the agents of the One King, who were determined to control the Prodigy and use its powers for their own gain. Christopher had a personal reason for wanting to destroy the God Machine, which was the source of the Prodigy's power. He believed that the machine was evil and had caused countless deaths and suffering throughout the world.

As Christopher traveled through Brazil, he encountered other Awakened who were also fighting against the One King. They shared their knowledge and resources, and together they formed a powerful alliance. They knew that they faced a formidable enemy, but they were determined to stop the Prodigy and save the world.

Their mission took them through dangerous terrain and into the heart of the One King's stronghold. They faced countless challenges and obstacles, but they never gave up. They used their powers and abilities to fight against the agents of the One King and to sabotage the God Machine.

Finally, after months of fighting, they reached the God Machine. Christopher confronted the One King, who revealed that the machine was not evil but was actually a tool created by the Awakened to protect the world from other supernatural threats. The One King had been using the Prodigy to control the Awakened and to keep them from interfering with his plans.

Christopher was devastated by the truth, but he knew that he had to destroy the God Machine. He used all of his powers to destroy the machine, and in the process, he also destroyed the One King. The world was saved, and the Awakened were hailed as heroes.

However, their victory came at a cost. Christopher had lost his powers, and he was now just a regular human. He knew that he had to use his experience and knowledge to help others, to protect the world from other supernatural threats that might arise in the future.
