The legendary adventures of reporters Spirou and Fantasio, their squirrel Spip, and Franquin's Marsupilami - 75 years of the finest comics tradition! The 20th title of a series as fundamental as Tintin. Sometime after their adventures in Attack of the Zordolts, Spirou, Fantasio, and the Count of Champignac have nearly finished repairing the damage done by Zorglub's ridiculous plans. Until that morning when they wake up in what appears to be their bedrooms, except... on the moon! The moon, yes, where Zorglub - again - has built a massive laboratory. Unfortunately, the cost of such a construction is colossal, and the somewhat-reformed evil mastermind had to find financial backers. And who better than the richest man in the world, Mr. Dupont? Yes, the same Mr. Dupont who, years ago, had tried to destroy Spirou and Fantasio with his inventions. But now, he has changed his mind and wants to help them. With the help of Spip and Marsupilami, the three heroes set out on a mission to the moon to stop Zorglub's plans. Along the way, they encounter all sorts of strange and amazing creatures, including a giant spider, a talking dog, and a mysterious woman who can control the weather. They also face a number of challenges, including a race against time to stop Zorglub from unleashing his ultimate weapon. In the end, Spirou, Fantasio, and Spip are able to stop Zorglub and save the moon from destruction. They are also able to reconcile with Mr. Dupont, who turns out to be a good guy after all. The three heroes return to Earth, where they are hailed as heroes. They are also able to enjoy a well-deserved rest, knowing that they have made the world a better place.
